As a former commercial sales representative for Ron Blair Represents, Inc. and Propaganda Films, he has expertise in communicating with directors in regards to their creative visions, and at the same time has a unique shorthand in working with advertising agency personnel, and Executive Producers at production companies in solving the logistical issues involved with the process of casting. Ron Blair has a resume as an actor in theatre, television and feature films, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree, to enhance his ability to direct casting sessions while identifying with the challenges presented to actors auditioning for creative projects.
